Change is a normal part of the software development life cycle. Change may simplify a project and shorten the development schedule, or it may add complexity that was not envisioned when the original requirements were created.

Because Susensoft uses a project methodology based exclusively on tangible and measurable deliverables, it is relatively simple to assess the impact that change will bring to a project.

If additional deliverables are required, they are added to the project plan. If the project scope is reduced, deliverables are removed from the plan.
